HIPER-PORE BORDER POST-OP
Product description
Hiper-Pore Border Post-op is a dressing with a non-woven pad attached to a polyurethane support coated with adhesive silicone, which absorbs exudates from the wound and creates an optimal wetting environment. It does not cause pain when gently removed. It consists of:
- a polyurethane film support coated with adhesive silicone
- a absorbent non-woven pad
- a perforated polyurethane film coated with adhesive silicone
Indications for use
- Hiper-Pore Border Post-op is used for the protection of general wounds that exudate such as abrasions.
Instructions for use
Cleanse the wound in accordance with clinical practice.
- Dry the surrounding skin thoroughly.
- Select an appropriate dressing size. cover the dry surrounding skin by at least 1-2 cm for the smaller sizes and 3-5 cm for the larger sizes in order to protect the surrounding skin from maceration and fixate the dressing securely.
- Remove the first release paper and apply the adherent side to the wound.
- Remove the surface release film and prevent wrinkles to fixed the dressing.
- When necessary, fixate dressing with a bandage or other fixation.
Precaution(s)
- This product has been sterilized and should be used immediately after opening
- This is a one-time product, please do not reuse
- If the wound is enlarged, swollen, painful, bleeding or produces peculiar smell, seek medical help immediately
- In the case of severe bleeding, the bleeding should be stopped before use
- Do not use on patient with known hypersensitivity to the dressing or its materials
- Attach after checking whether there is any foreign substance on the attachment area
- Do not use if the product is defective
How to store or manage
- Avoid high temperature and high humidity, and store at room temperature (1~30℃).
- Avoid direct sunlight and store in a clean place.
- Keep out of reach of children.
