HIPER-PORE® 7.5x10cm
HIPER-PORE® 7.5x10cm is a dressing with a non-woven absorbent pad in the middle of an adhesive backing that absorbs exudates from the wound and creates an optimal wetting environment. It consists of:
- a fixing film with acrylic adhesive applied
- a absorbent non-woven pad
- polyurethane film which is permeable to air, and blocks water and bacteria while maintaining appropriate humidity to prevent secondary infections
- strong adhesive force, ultra-thin, transparent film, stick to the scar, not only can it protect the scar part, but also facilitate movement
- a surface treated with Polynet – the pad will not stick to scars, and the absorption of exuding substances is high
- tinted liner and the appearance of the product is less visible after applying the product
Indications for use
- Hiper Pore is used for the protection of general wounds that exudate such as abrasions.
Instructions for use
Cleanse the wound in accordance with clinical practice.
- Dry the surrounding skin thoroughly.
- Select an appropriate dressing size. cover the dry surrounding skin by at least 1-2 cm for the smaller sizes and 3-5 cm for the larger sizes in order to protect the surrounding skin from maceration and fixate the dressing securely.
- Remove the first release paper and apply the adherent side to the wound.
- Remove the surface release film and prevent wrinkles to fixed the dressing.
- When necessary, fixate dressing with a bandage or other fixation.
Precaution(s)
- This product has been sterilized and should be used immediately after opening
- This is a one-time product, please do not reuse
- If the wound is enlarged, swollen, painful, bleeding or produces peculiar smell, seek medical help immediately
- In the case of severe bleeding, the bleeding should be stopped before use
- Do not use on patient with known hypersensitivity to the dressing or its materials
- Attach after checking whether there is any foreign substance on the attachment area
- Do not use if the product is defective
How to store or manage
- Avoid high temperature and high humidity, and store at room temperature (1~30℃).
- Avoid direct sunlight and store in a clean place.
- Keep out of reach of children.
