Treatment of calcium deficiency as a therapeutic supplement
Calcium Lactate tablets may be used in those who:
- have a calcium deficiency
- have osteoporosis
- have latent tetany
- are pregnant or breast-feeding
- are postmenopausal
- do not get enough calcium from their diets
Active Ingredient
- Calcium lactate 300mg
Uses
- Treatment of calcium deficiency
Directions
- Adults: Take 1-2 tablets daily
- During pregnancy or lactation: 1 tablet 3-4 times daily, or as directed by doctor
Precautions
Do not take tablets if you:
- Are allergic (hypersensitive) to calcium lactate
- Are taking cardiac glycoside
- Have overactive parathyroid gland
Stop taking calcium lactate if you experience discomfort. Consult a doctor immediately if symptoms persist.
Storage
- Store in a dry place and away from light
- Keep container tightly closed
- Keep out of reach of children
